Pe fundalul unei Europe aflate în criză, Georg, un refugiat german, ajunge la Marsilia, unde, asumând identitatea unui scriitor decedat, trăiește într-o stare permanentă de așteptare, printre vize, consulate și alți fugari. Viața lui se schimbă atunci când o întâlnește pe misterioasa Marie, o femeie aflată în căutarea soțului dispărut, iar între ei se naște o poveste de dragoste marcată de incertitudine și speranță.

Against the backdrop of a Europe in crisis, Georg, a German refugee, arrives in Marseille. Assuming the identity of a deceased writer, he lives in a state of constant waiting, navigating visas, consulates, and fellow fugitives. His life changes when he meets the mysterious Marie, a woman searching for her missing husband, and a love story marked by uncertainty and hope begins to unfold.
